We are the testimony of God’s mercy in this world. Paul described it in 2 Corinthians 2:14: “Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.” The word savor means “a fragrance, an odor.” Through His people, God makes known this incredible fragrance of His mercy.
